Yes, One Twenty Up is pet-friendly and welcomes up to two pets per apartment. Cats and dogs are welcome with a $300 pet deposit per pet and $40 monthly pet rent per pet.

Schools near One Twenty Up include; Crestline Elementary, Wyeast Middle School, Mountain View High are part of Evergreen Public Schools. Colleges include Clark College, Mount Hood Community College - Maywood Park, Concordia University - Portland. 

One Twenty Up provides one bedroom homes with one assigned spot and two bedroom homes with two assigned spots. Additional parking can be added at a charge of $75 per month. 

Water, sewer, garbage and fiber internent of 1 GBPS are provided to residents. Utilities are billed back to residents based on square footage of the home as well as how many occupants are living within the home. Electricity usage is individually metered and billed to the resident.
